Three generations with a vision.
In the 1930s, only a few employers gave any regard to the protection of their employees. However, at that time Paul Graber Senn was already driven by the idea of protecting people against the dangers of an accident during their vocational activity. During the Second World War he set up a commercial firm for safety eyewear in Basel. Together with his dedicated employees, the likewise innovative as well as prudent entrepreneur promptly started to optimise the glasses imported to a large extent from the USA. The demand for the qualitatively exceptional products of Unico Graber constantly grew as a consequence. Thus, in 1980, Beat Alfred Graber could successfully implement the idea that his father had conceived: His own production plant at Hölstein in the region of Basel. Dominique Graber has been managing the enterprise since January 2009 as the third generation. Like his grandfather and father before him, he is also fascinated by the ideal of affording people the greatest possible safety.
